If your item arrives broken/damaged please email ellie@badb.co as soon as you receive the damaged item. We will send you a new product as soon as possible!

Yes! All of our products are paraben free and vegan so we will never use any parabens in our formulas or any animal derivatives. Our products are also cruelty free which means we do not test any products on animals and we will not.
